Nobody said that this house renovation was going to be a piece of cake because it's not. For me, I had been a MAJOR slacker in the house renovation department. BIG SLACKER! But, then school got out and duty called. Paint duty. Lucky ME!

I used vinegar to remove this goo! It worked so well and came right off.
So, I've painted and painted and painted some more. We are far from done, but it's starting to look like a home.

Along with the scraping and painting. I installed a floor because well, why not. I wanted to try it and my father-in-law who is very picky about this sort of thing, inspected my work and said, "Wow! That's great! I guess my work here is done."
