Perhaps a space free of distractions for a few minutes...
Where will this space be?
Take some time to think about a sacred space, both indoors and outdoors just for you.
You will know when you have arrived there because your body will feel drawn to it.
You may have to add some color, scents, and cleanse the space, but we just want you to find it first.
